DENVER METRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce is the first place businesses turn to when looking for information. The Chamber had for years sent out a large information package consisting of a VHS tape and several printed booklets and flyers to businesses requesting information about the Denver area.
Velocity Media worked with the Denver Chamber to upgrade the information packet, replacing the bulk of what was sent with an interactive CD ROM. The CD featured video sections detailing different aspects of what makes Denver such a great place – entertainment, geography, communities, etc. Each section also contained accompanying text and pictures that the reader could explore at his or her own pace, and web links for more information.
The result: The Denver Metro Chamber was
able to position itself and the city of Denver
as an attractive, cutting edge place for
business. The interactive CD showed off the
area in a way that printed pieces alone never
could. It also saved the Chamber a
substantial amount of money, as the
CDs were very inexpensive to produce.
