KRES CONSULTING

 

KRES Consulting is a nationwide software supplier to the building maintenance and management industry.  The company provides a robust software solution that is lower priced than its competitors.  Unfortunately, the company's website seriously undermined its credibility and made selling the software package an uphill battle, especially when competing with more established, well known competitors. 

Velocity Media developed a plan to relaunch the KRES website, which functions as the company's business face, with the following goals:

1.  Complete visual branding overhaul
No matter what the original site may have said, its appearance destroyed its credibility.  By giving the company an attractive, easy to navigate site, credibility became a non-issue or even an advantage when competing against other companies whose sites were less attractive.

2.  Messaging focus
Velocity helped KRES consider the message

from a potential client's standpoint.  Most of

the text was written at the level of KRES

Consulting's peers, not its intended target

market.  By identifying and isolating what

was important to clients, KRES was able to

deliver a message that people were interested

in hearing. 

The result:  KRES has the opportunity to bid

on more projects and win a much higher

percentage of those bids.  Even though

KRES Consulting is smaller than its competitors,

it now has an image of a much larger company. 

The company's credibility is no longer
even questioned.
